Orchestral Tools SINE player, VSL Synchron player and maybe add to them also Spitfire Audio (mostly for the AIR Reverb plugin and one or two great libraries that aren't available in kontakt version) and we will be in audio nirvana. Probably hard disk manufactureres wants VSL:rofl:
but UAD will be too really appreciated as SoundToys or Pianoteq...the choice is in your hands. For sure we will always be grateful whatever it will be!

That was obviously a rhetorical question. It would be extremely easy to get almost any UA installers they want. No-one would have to save up money because there would be nothing additional to buy. There would be no point in a distributed buy; because their prices are so ridiculous when you buy a single plugin compared with a bundle. In that way, UA are even worse than Soundtoys.

In fact, many people do not realize how many of the same algorithms are resold from company to company, and how many free plugins are available with the same algorithms.
We pay for convenience and speed of results. but under the skin the same thing has been the same for 30+ years.

Many things are patented and still not in mass production (e.g. algorithms for audio restoration).

    Steinberg portico is another example
