    Do you remember when .dll files had to be registered using regsrv32? If it is a 64 bit OS, but a 32 bit .dll file; would it also need regsrv32 to register it? Otherwise it could be in the right place but still show missing.

    Not really as some cedar plugins was available is some old Sadie cracks some 10-15 years ago
