Guys idk if this is just me ! but instead of seeing UAD or whatever that may benefit others, i'd rather see updates of already released stuff like Softube because many of these became essential in my workflow but few plugins started to show issues maybe due to newer OS updates and reg changes that are no longer compatible with 4-5 years old plugins, idk can't be very technical about it but noticed that few Softube plugins can't retain any settings and always go back to default preset after sessions reopen... If you ask me whether i prefer UAD of Updates of older stuff i'll certainly go fo updates.

 

How come some peeps are so impatience?? We are much much much spoiled here on audioz.Almost evryhting outdeh is avaiable.

This thread is ugly. It's a bit like when you see folks requesting a Mac version or whatever, or worse begging for a particular release that isnt on the scene yet. This behavior is universally understood to be lame and really not at all how you should conduct yourself when people are basically gifting you these things.

I mean, not all comments on here are awful - but quite a few really are. 'I don't want X' 'it's only good if it's X' or 'I'm done waiting'. These are all things that, if I were a person who was working on these gifts, would strike me as ungrateful and entitled.

I've been around since the scene was 8bit/16bit and theres a way to do things. It really makes me sick to read some of this stuff. Like you are owed a release or event. Awful.

 

Naw we're not owed sht. It's all a wonderful gift. There's always a few bad actors in the crowd.

 

I don't think so, over 96% of the comments here are joking and hilarious. There's some over-the-top behavior and bad attitudes, but they're a tiny minority. I don't see a bad thread, or ugly people here, but a lot of irony and funny memes in general. R2R has been a pop phenomenon for years, a legendary Team, the most powerful, it's well-known worldwide and generates enormous interest. It's clear that if the GOAT Team says something huge and never seen before will be released on Halloween, it creates enormous hype. And all of this then has repercussions. It's normal for some users to be disappointed, but the community's attitude remains positive. Also because, for writing hits and making a career in the industry, audio software is the least of your worries and doesn't really matter.

 

So couple more of months it is...

 

It was the same before you joined the scene. You really can't stop it, because children will play. You are not the only one that feels that way. I started using humor to calm myself, and the greedy. It is best to laugh at it. It will add years to your life. Carry on.
