I just tried leech360 now and it clearly mining, redirect to coinhive webpage before starting the download, and it uses all of my CPU, for something like 5 minutes before starting the download when I can close this page. That doesn't seem good to me. Better I use deepbrid and reboot my router after 2-3 downloads.
Adblock could block this mining thingy but leech360 requires that you turn adblock off, otherwise it doesn't work.

First, the Oboom method is known since years...so if they now realized it, they are really f..ucking slow! :)
Second, if a file once has been transferred from uploaded.net to one of the oboom servers by a user, Oboom doesnt download it again. They simply make a checksum verification if the file is already there and if so, they simply generate a new link to the file and put it to the other users account. So at the end each file exists only once at Oboom. And if you delete it from your account only the link will be deleted. The file itself will be deleted if the last user who has the file in his account deletes it.

Yeah, that's cool and all, but it doesn't explain why they let it happen or what's in it for them. That's what Ive been wondering for years. Bandwidth isn't free, but like I said, whatever. It's not my money. It's not like I'm against them giving away their services or something. Have at it.

There are a few things you should know about how to use it. Maybe later I will write a detailed instruction.

it's not quite as simple as that. but that's close.

you create a free oboom account.
    you click on "upload file"
    you click on "remote"
you copy links to uploaded files and paste them into the dialog box that opens when you click on "remote"
    you click on "start"
files are transferred to your oboom account almost immediately - this is very fast.
you can then download the files from oboom to your computer. the transfer speed to your computer will vary based on a lot of factors.

Just to add, Oboom works with several filehost links, not just uploaded. Rapidgator links work, and some others I can't remember the other as I always use uploaded or rg

I have an idea how can Oboom monetize with its free service operation.
We all know that they never download the same file twice from those sites.
    Now what's the deal:
They pay one or more accounts for several filehosts. If they also use sites like Zevera or Realdebrid, they don't need to pay more then one premium account for each filehost site.
When you put an order with the remote upload, Oboom transfers the link from that specific (source) host to Oboom's purchased premium account of the same host. In the meanwhile it shows you as if Oboom had its own server with storage provided to you.
When you want to download the file, Oboom uses either a second Premium for that same host or the likes of Zevera.
At the end after each download Oboom earns credit for its primary Premium account where the file was transfered to initially (between two accounts of the same host).

Now, what happens if you want to upload a file from your computer or from ftp, it can also pretend to run its own server and in reality your file is uploaded to a premium account of a host paid by Oboom.
Or I don't mind, they can run their own service, too, for local file uploads.
They need a web server and good programming skills and a maintenance to check the availability and access to the paid premium accounts of those hosts.
I remember that rapidgator is tricky, it changes the user's passcode after every 50GB of downloaded files. I don't know if it's possible to program it for an automatic operation. But I know that RG links aren't working in oboom most of the time.

I also saw that when I shared the links of my files on oboom with someone who "remote uploaded" it to his own oboom cloud, it didn't count as download on my oboom account. That means they didn't need to move the file physically, I mean digitally.

Last time oboom's upload didn't work was when a big spitfire stuff came out. This time, as soon as Orchestral tools stuff came out (and right before new r2r stuff) It doesn't work again. Anybody has a thought on this?
