I can't find the user requirements the Tech Specs for Mac or PC on their website

 

I can tell you user requirements: lotsa CPU, lotsa RAM, lotsa HD.

On a serious note, I know what you're interested in: OS requirements, eh? ;) They don't mention that anywhere, not even in the manual. For all we know it could be a Linux plugin. Almost.

(24/02/2016) Nyrv Systems updates Agent to v1.3.1.0 - changes licensing model

With this release Nyrv Systems has changed the licensing scheme: now no registration or license is required to run Agent, every user gets a free 30 day trial period, after which they are invited to acquire a license, but no functionality is disabled after this period.

This version also includes an offline installer for both Windows and Mac OS X.

This release also includes stability improvements and bug fixes:

• New License model ala REAPER.
• Chain Flipping (Instantly toggle off either effects rack or channel strip chains).
• Improved startup times.
• Improved bus arrangement technology across DAWs.
• Several Nyrvana Fixes.
• Fixed a possible leak on AAX.
• Offline Installer for both PC & Mac.

wow. when this was first announced, the "regular price" was $249. now you can buy it for $9. or you can just download it and use it for free - forever. talk about misunderstanding your market.
