if you can pay for a 4k or 5k screen go for it, it is always better, but this is not my case, i'm dying for a higher screen resolution,

one day you will know what i'am talkin about when an 1080p isn't enough anymore.

Tinkertool for OSX is good for fine tuning the font size with optiins that OS do not offer.

This only works with maxwell architecture cards, so its gtx 7** and gtx 9** cards. Anything lower than this wont work, according to nvidia website.

Well they should really make up their minds. :)

    From http://www.geforce.com/hardware/technology/dsr/technology
They say, "Our new Maxwell architecture introduces a raft of innovative, exciting technologies that make your games better in dramatic ways. Of these new features, Dynamic Super Resolution (DSR) will have largest impact, enhancing any game that supports resolutions above 1920x1080."

That to me says that DSR comes with the new maxwell architecture and that starts with the gtx 750.

I dont see how the gtx4** cards can even do DSR. They only have a max digital resoloution of 2560 x 1600, how can they render a screen at 4k, if they aren't 4k capable, so as to downsample it to 1920 x 1080?

Graphics cards used to be simple once, lol.

I've a 550Ti and I'm gonna try it if it's supported when I go home. I suppose it works better with low density displays.

For example. Mi first monitor is 21 inches 1080p. Even if it works it would break my eyes trying to read in bigger res. On the other hand I've a 19 inches 1440x900 second monitor. It would be nice to increase to 1650.

If my GPU is supported I'll post my impressions.
