If anything holds true for me, it is that music is experienced through the body. We should put more attention to that.

Music is a transmitter of states of consciousness.

Consequently, if the producer is in a state of nervousness while doing a Composition, the track will exhibit that vibe and feeling.

Hence on should step to music as two humans who love each other: In deep gratitude, humble respect and exploratory curiosity.

As it is, this crazy society keeps us in a state of constant disempowerment, self-doubt and stress.

This leaves us not being able to make love, not even truly making friends with our own music.

The development of DAW's has us constantly sitting in front of a computer, where the body and all of it's organs usually retract and shut down.

The mind gets up and running, out of control, producing music not pleasant to our body, mind and soul.

I encourage you greatly to stay present and within the framework of your own body while composing, scoring, producing.See how the computer triggers your mind activity.
