Then download and install a lot of problems using the found source, for example: the default selection has no effect, the red function key switch has no effect, and so on. I may think that some features are unexpected. I email [email protected], I need to request a Pdf documentation, and then feedback the relevant questions. As a result, my purchase account was banned. No documentation was sent to me (there is no description in the library). I want to apply for a refund now, please remember this audio vendor. My 200 dollars is gone. I often buy the official sound library. I would like to ask where is the audio vendor, it is really bad. It has been many days now. I am anxious to wait for their response. Judging from their web site, they are in or around Algiers, Algeria. The phone number they use on their web site is consistent and looks like a real number. The curious thing is they using a English web site and have no equivalent French one, so they're looking for international sales only. The only recommendations their Facebook page carries are from other Algerians. I'd have a French speaker handy and give them a call.

Way to go, open a dispute with PayPal. You may not get anywhere but then again you may get you money back. PayPal will let sellers get away with a lot of wrong stuff, but not talking to the customer is strictly forbidden.

It looks unfinished, like it's been built from a template and then they gave up half way through. If the OP's lucky they're just rank amateurs. Bad Guys would make a better job of it if it were a scam IMHO.

 

Just now I have applied for mediation through Paypal. I want to apply for a refund. However, I feel that there is no chance of success. I have been engaged in audio for 8 years. This is the least reliable audio supplier I have ever seen.

If you are using Paypla you will get a refund. Just make sure you document all your communication with seller and a detailed explanation as to why you cant use what you purchased.

 

The only way to get even with companies like this is to share what you bought.

 

If you hadn't gotten satisfaction from paypal I was gonna head down to Casablanca way and enlist the help of a friend of mine who owns a bar down there. He knows people who know people and he said that he'd help out a fellow AS member down on his luck. From Casablanca we would have driven through Rabat and picked up supplies for the overnight drive to Algiers. We'd have surprised them just before dawn, grabbed your cash, gotten out fast and met a fellow named Talif at a secret airbase in the desert, flew back to Europe and to AS headquarters to return to you your money.

You are very lucky @xiexiaofeng210,because normally -at least in French law- bought software hasn't to be refunded once it has been installed or downloaded by the customer.
And I guess it is an international law.
