mmmm because to be a pro you must have registered here since the site was founded
If I'm not mistaken I opened an account here in January but it is not synonymous with the time that someone here can take on music in general
a fact: one of my first vst was Timework:bleh:

They could add the Hardware Profiles feature from Omnisphere into Falcon. If you ask Spectra for any new models to be added, they will be more than happy to explain how complex it is. That's also why it takes so long....

With the multitude of synths we have today, a revolution has become practically impossible.
You shouldn't let yourself be so influenced by hype. Then the disappointment is not so big.

It's the same with choosing a partner in love: when the woman or guy of your dreams finally listens to you, the spell is often broken and a certain disillusionment sets in.
So....: Be careful what you wish for, it might come true.

i would say hearing the demos outside of an actual composition does it a disservice
they sit well in a mix and allow you to ad the required flavour of mix FX

Im going to take your word for that. You may be right.

All I know is that the charango sounds remarkably like a harp/nylon string...which made me kinda wince.

But yes, I believe I may have been too quick to judge. More investigation required.

what i like about isw ventus flutes is they give you a bunch of actual phrases played by a musician you can use, or that their engine will give you switches to create those influxes of the instrument (about my post above) in comparison to falcons engine

Exactly - well seen, some users think the software is overpriced. At the same time, it is relatively cheap compared to the costs. Well, people don't have that much money in their pockets and that's why there are market prices.

@Donut Nyamer , breaktweeker has better sequencing like if you want rapid HH or something tricky but you have to import your samples theirs suck. but thats not the one i was referring to thats the same as uvi drum tool for coming up with patterns. i'll have to look at that one to remember the maker tonight

i thought same about neo, but when i compared side by side with arturia and even waves for that matter, neo sounded 2D and thin material wise

i watched some of the tutorial by UVI, Dan Worrall made them. I know most of the expansions are okay. But i see potential in the whole envirment Falcon has, lots of modules, endless possibilities.

If i only had more time to play with it.

Hmm alas I haven't, I'm not too much of a flutes guy, because well..
flutes are actually difficult/Dangerous instruments do deal with lol

They can be a life saver for some World/Acoustic stuff,
but for Orchestra it's a more delicate/complex matter..

So all the flutes I have punctually used are:
Chris Hein C-Flute, Hephaestus Concert Flute, Miroslav Phil..
    8Dio: Claire Virtuoso, Spirit Flutes
    Efimov Duduk?
Silk Road instruments: Ney, May, Zourna
Ethno World: Fujara, Moceno, Native American, Pinkillo, Hawaiian Shellhorn.. Didjeridoo?
    Dargalon: Kangling?

Some of those are excellent (Hein, Efimov), some are good/just passable,
but fwiw that's the ones I found more usable/fitting over the years..
