Not bad for a laptop?

    Stoked! New Toshiba Qosmio Laptop, $1300, lot of computer... haven't even made it sweat, doing stuff that my old desktop would have crapped its pants over....

    the windows 7(basically vista rating) is so outdated. that why everybody gets high ratings.
    dont know why Micro$oft isnt updating that rating - maybe because nobody is using it.
    it tells you nothing.
    the only thing im trusting are those benchmarks.

    Well, I've been recording at 96000 with latency at 64, which was unimaginable on my old one, so I'm happy :thumbsup:

    MIDI Clock was tight as my first girlfriend. Good times.

    Pulled out the os HDD, put in a 256 SSD with windows 7, and put in the extra 4g of ram, for 16 total. Runs sweet! If you're looking for a laptop for audio production and performance, I can highly recommend this thing
