Noob needs help

    Yeah on PC I just right-click the .rar and choose extract to folder. That way I don't have to go through all the extra steps thanks to the Windows menu integration and it will segregate the files. It really sucks that Mac doesn't have a good version of WinRAR because it's a solid program.

    I use BetterZip and Entropy. Similar to WinRar, Entropy can show a preview of the archive content before unarchiving and it is not just an unarchiver but one of a few rar packagers for MAC.

    They can do everything you need. I do not know why people would need WinRar for Mac.
