Noise, stuttering issue with Pro-Q 4

    I'm wondering if it's just on me, or it's a known issue. Some tracks I added Pro-Q 4 by r2r generates noise every time I open it.
    Pro-Q 4 works perfectly fine with Studio One, so it's clearly a Reaper issue. It's probably not crxxxed perfectly, I guess.
