No UPID is available in the Producthints

    hello , I would like to insert a library in Kontakt , version Kontakt 6.7.1 Bob Dule .

    I have generated a Nicnt file with the Kontakt patcher Nicnt maker from the 6.6.1 release of Bob Dule .

    Then I wanted to insert the library with the R2R Kontakt Manager in Kontakt , unfortunately I always get the error message from the title .

    What is the reason for this and how can I fix it ?
