Either I've a lack of fantasy or it's the wrong time of the day. A bit more information could be useful.

I'm not too familiar with Cubase/Nuendo, but is there a chance your output is going through a mono bus that's only left (i.e. mono output 1 or something like that). or a stereo bus that's just two times the left output?

Open up a stereo MP3 (or some such) in a media player on your desktop that is set to playback thru your primary audio device - are you hearing BOTH channels? If not you just isolated it down to your playback system (loose connection/cable somewhere).

If not, in your primary audio device driver/utility - check if your right main fader is down or the mains being panned wrong.

In nuendo/cubase, fire up an "empty" project and load a known good stereo audio file and play it back. If there is still an issue, see above...

In nuendo/cubase make certain you're using the correct audio device driver in studio and/or control setup (which ever one you use for monitoring) and that the mains for your control/studio room "connection" is a stereo bus that is connected to the proper sound device...

We've all done this: Make sure your headphones/speakers are plugged ALL the way in.

you've possibly gone deaf in one ear. try to use the other one and if you're on the phone
    favor the other ear.

You should have another program that you can check with also. A media player, or a wave editor. That way you can check the output of the audio interface, then the interface's software if it has any. Then the OS to the interface, and then the output of the daw application itself. It would take you about 1 minute to figure out.

sound is on both sides of headphones in cubase, just when i pan to right sound dissapears.
i tried fruityloops and its doing the same when pan to right.
i do not have sonarworks sound id running on fruityloops or systemwide

If you pan completely to the left, you still have sound on both speakers, or does it come out of only the left speaker then? If you still hear the sound on both speakers, you probably messed up something in the configuration of the monitor channel. Make sure you didn't choose the same mono output twice.

What is missing here is your setup.

    OS
    Hardware
    Audio routing (physical and logical)

I have the faint feeling that your headphones are badly wired. Maybe you have two left channels?

Edit: it might also be some funky routing if you were messing with that. It's hard to know without any hardware info. The problem seems most likely physical or self inflicted via driver configuration.

your audio interface mixer settings is where you look next. FL and Cubase doing the same thing means neither of them are the source of your problem. the fact you do have left side makes it point to "mono" being set somewhere it shouldn't be.

If disabling or removing the room correction software, I'd be looking there also.

See what happens if you change the driver in either one of the DAWs.

What software version, what platform, what audio device, what driver using. What are you panning on? a VST or audio. Basically, basic information.
But for a stab in the dark make sure the chanel you are routing to is a stereo chanel. If it is a stereo audio file, make sure the right channel actually has audio. If its a mono source file, convert it to mono.
