No Library Found: Vir2 Acou6tics

    Using Kontakt 4.0.5

    All other libraries are being added fine with instruments loading fine, etc. I have noticed that none of the other product libraries has a (.nicnt) file. Only the Acou6tics library that I'm trying to load has that file. All of the other products that are working fine have no (.nicnt) file... They all have (info.nkc, info.nkx) files.
    Even the Elect6ity product is working fine, but it has (info.nkc, info.nkx) files and no (.nicnt) file.

    Any thoughts as to how I can get my Acou6tics product to operate ?

    Acou6tics requires Kontakt 5.2.1+

    The info.nkc/nkx were earlier library files for Kontakt instruments. Acous6tics uses the more recent library file format of .nicnt. Are you able to update to Kontakt 5? For more immediate support please contact Customer Service HERE.
