No e-mail reminder when PM is received

    Anyone else having this problem? I have that option checked, yet I never received any e-mail notification about incoming PM, which ultimately led to delayed replies. :dunno:

    This issue started when the forum was moved to XenForo platform, but a bit before that. Last e-mail about incoming PM was received on May, 10th 2015

    hmmm interesting Im having the same issue as well, not recieving pm's in my email anymore.

    It's important for me in case im not around on AS and someone pm's me I can always check my email and reply so I don't leave them hangin...

    I think I'm clueless on this one...

    @Andrew , kindly tell me how you navigate to those prefs... I searched through
    mine and don't see "messaging preferences"

    doesnt that only apply for thread posts? I wouldnt want to recieve emails for threads but only for pms, and usually I use quick reply as well for thread posts anyway...

    Nothing. No emails whatsoever. :(
    Just to be safe, I double checked my e-mail address - it's correct.
    Maybe we can build a list of affected users and send it to SAiNT so that this can be fixed in one go. :winker:
    Does anyone else have issues?

    EDIT: Not even password reminder e-mails are sent.
