I have some libraries where there are only nki files and the wav or ncw files are embedded within. How can I create nki files like that?

 

File > Save as... > [Click Instrument Name] > Click Monolith and check compress (if you want the samples to be compressed) > Save. Rename the file if you want to keep the original. This is all done within Kontakt, of course. I tried to do this with an encrypted library once and it didn't work, so I think it only works with non-encrypted ones. Someone feel free to correct me if I am wrong.

Is it a lossless compression, and the original file restored after load / decompression?

To combine .nki files but get only one single (not more than one .nki i mean) .nkm file as this user did. I already know the way that you mention.

 

I think i got it now but i'm not one hundred percent sure (what he or she did). You can save single a .nki file as .nkm file too and maybe this user did like that. Sure i watched the video (that i shared) before and he or she doesn't show there how he or she created the .nkm file.
