    Hi there! :mates:

Like title says, I was wondering how she made this wonderful kick on one of her latest works, ''IMPRV'' released on Trip Records:

HERE is the link to the track, it starts with only the kick playing then adds the bassline and at around 20 seconds she switches kick (taking out the squelchy sound on the attack of the kick)

Anyone knows or have an idea on how to make both kicks (I'm assuming the first one is just the second with something added on the attack, but I don't know for sure! :dunno:)

Thanks in advice, hope someone can help me!

It's amazing what you can do with "simple" sine waves.
You can pitch envelope them, saturate/distort them (to add harmonics), stack 'em and detune 'em, EQ and compress 'em.
You can also layer a sine wave with some transients (like cutting with scissors, dropping bunch of keys, hi-hats, etc etc).
