I apologize in advance if this topic has already been treated and resolved,
tried to search, but found nothing..

Live 8.3.2, and massive 1:30 (AU or VST)

im on mac, and I installed everything again recently..

when i open massive, there arent preset by default, but massive see me "no presets loaded"

but the big problem is that : when I close and reopen the project in live, massive dont store presets used (external bank)

    how can I fix it?

    thanks

close all instances of Massive, then delete

    NIMassiveDatabase2_ul

    in
    Code:
    ~/Library/Application Support/Native Instruments/Massive/
    should fix that bug

... also, you must have installed Standalone version and new sound.nmsv in folder

    Code:
    /Applications/Native Instruments/Massive/new sound.nmsv
to get the default preset at startup instead of no preset. You can edit that new sound preset with your startup setup...

Get yourself a software like EasyFind and look for other instances of the NIMassiveDatabase2_ul file.

You should also install the standalone.

It might be a good idea to delete the Massive preferences as well.

Make sure that no instances of Massive are running, so please close down your DAW & standalone before you delete the file(s)

After doing all that that, start up the standalone version first.

    Then choose:

Massive Standalone > File > Options > Browser tab

And click on the Rebuild DB button there.

If your user lib directory is different from the one indicated you might want to add to the User Library Directories there, via the Add button.

I had a similar problem in the past with the presets not recalling and if I remember it right all the presets saved before I went and deleted the database file did not recall even after. However, all the new preset states I saved with projects after deleting it where recalling correct.
