Nexus 3 no longer loading presets on Mac and Windows

    I have installed both mac and windows versions before, got new laptops and shockingly no matter what i do nexus 3 cannot load factory libraries on mac and win, can someone please help me out? it used to work without a breeze lately it's been causing me nightmares. I have followed all the steps in both mac and win, and still presets never load. Help
