what are you trying to do? My goal was to use the eventide plugins in my DAW. I'm not using ilok at all havent even opened it.

 

Simply a crack I used that worked for what I needed. I hadn't seen this posted anywhere on any forum, besides the usr/lib method (openssh) which leaves your mac vulnerable.

Theres a way to crack anything.

 

All I meant was that I tried it on a different iLok2 plugin out of curiosity. I didn't open the iLok License Manager at all either. This is what popped up when I attempted to use the "patched" U73b plugin in Logic.

I was offline actually - so it wasn't that. I just don't think that this method works with all iLok2 plugs.

 

Hello nupe.

This crack method is from Audiodb user from AudioK website. I tried this with all sorts of plugins but never was able to implement it. I also tried to contact Audiodb user to ask help but AudioK is invitation only website.

Can anyone here give me an invite to AudioK? Or maybe try to help me further? I want to patch Falcon... They also gave Falcon in AudioK but I cannot crack it.

Noob question but having done all this do you have to actually create an ilok account?

Anyone tried this with slate or sound toys 5 ? if not, giving it a try this weekend on another computer.

 

its not cracked he just supplied it to anyone who have the knowledge to crack it open and he also supplied all the uvi libraries and the relayer mac osx.I download one of the libraries and tried it with the uvi Ultramini that was release on the sister a while ago and it did not work,unless you know how to unpacked the file from the ufs its a no go but it was nice of him to supply i guess we will have to see if somebody will use it for good use or not

i followed instructions and got the message:

EDIT: have downloaded the last version of iLok Licence Manager, it asked me to "activate" the trial mode plugins.. i've done it, but don't know if after the 30 days trial will block them... have done the patch for the iLok though

Yes, it will block them, there's no trial bypass in ssh method, if it's done right it should work right away, of course it depends on what kind of plugins you're trying, some won't work no matter what.
Best way to test it is temporally replace the original files in question and check if a plugin works. (Back up before doing it).

 

what plugins did you patch in and are you on a mac or windows

 

stop opening ilok guys. dont do anything with it but patch it. if u do tho make sure your connections are blocked. I'm sure its hooking up to the server

 

@nupe I changed the permissions......But it won't let me save..Also by @loader_path, do you mean the path of where i extracted the zip?
Or just copy what you have?
