Disabled in device manager. No change. Some plugins like waves cause no issues. But Omnisphere gui makes the dropouts crazy. I have to close the gui for it to stop.

Have you tried to install the driver from the MSI site?
    https://www.msi.com/Graphics-card/support/GT-710-2GD3H-LP#down-driver

That is an older driver than the one I posted could be worth a try. If that does not work I need you to install CPU-Z and post a screenshot of mainboard:

Also I can see you have an AMD processor, and NVIDIA graphic card maybe that causing some kinds of trouble/conflicts.

Man this blows. Tried old driver and wireless disabled and same problem with Omnisphere (and others). Pops and clicks and interrups like crazy when gui open. Perfectly fine when gui closed. Should I return this card for a different model maybe? Again, I can't thank you enough for your support here. If there's anything else you suggest please let me know.

I recommend buying a newer AMD card that is supported by your system. What card did you have before this one, did you use the graphic on the motherboard? I tried looking for a new bios for your motherboard but the support site was down.

I was using the built in video card before this one. But the vga output stopped working, that's why I bought a new card. I have the updated BIOS (I flashed a few months ago for another reason). I will try to return the msi card and start looking for a comparable AMD card. Thank you.

    Edit:
By the way did you try to reinstall the drivers on your old motherboard graphic card? Could be worth a try even though it is probably broken:

Thank you guys so much. I will return nvidia card. Did you mean use DDU to uninstall AMD integrated drivers? What should I do after rebooting in safe mode? Reinstall the AMD motherboard driver?

I think he meant to that when you install the 500 card. Have you downloaded internal graphic card driver? Try and search for ATI where you uninstall programs and see if a graphic driver is there. Uninstall that and try and install that downloaded internal graphic driver. Then restart pc and test the old graphic driver VGA port. Of course if you have tried it before no point.

Urgg. Spoke too soon. Nowhere near as bad. But still problems with Atlas and Omnisphere GUI and the latency reports HDAudiobus.sys as the issue. Trying a reinstall. Disabled hdaudio in device manager. Anything else I can try? :dunno:

Did you disable the onboard GPU in the BIOS?

Found this and many others reporting the same problem
    https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us...s/c9cb07bd-83b6-446d-a898-48a67819472d?page=2

Even though I am on Windows 7, it seems it's the same problem. The onboard AMD vid card was working fine, just the VGA output stopped working. So I lost my 2nd monitor. I thought getting a new video card would be a simple thing. But this all seems driver related. I tried disabling the HDAudio from the device manager, but maybe unistalling will do more? No clue. There has to be something to try. I found a site that said change a registry setting for MSI (bc of irq conflictions) but I couldn't find the exact matches in my registry. I hope someone has an idea. This is a weird thing indeed. Maybe DirectX will update soon with a fix?
