Nice guitars mate, very well made, drums are good too ! but dont like this squeky lead... It doesn't fit the track in my honest opinion.

Agreed. The lead was actually originally ment just for the 5th note chord layover for the high notes I added the other part when it was still a totally different idea. I notice on the second part of the verses where it's under that some of the notes don't go together anymore after all the changes. But yeah I may scrap everything on that second guitar that isn't just adding to the chords of the first one.

I'd be impressed by the assertion, however I also have posted multiple times that it isn't. In fact not a single instrument in this song is real.

Technically it's not a vsti it's a kontakt library even though kontakt is a vst. But yeah, on demo stuff [things that are writtin in a few days] actually playing/recording the instruments while writing would make the process take days if not weeks more so no point untill I get a singer and put the album together for realzies.

But thank you. In the next year or so this will be put out for real and blazin the world.

Love the guitars..even if not a 'real' guitar... sound awesome to me.

hate the synth.. its gut wrenching. Sounds very like.. 80's Swedish rock or something..

Just because one can use a midi editor to score a song, doesn't mean somene did.. many people play VSTi's on the keyboard, and there are some folks that can make it sound better than the real thing.

    Its all in context...

I agree a lot of so called music is crap thesedays, but it has nothing to do with whether it was played on a real instrument or not.

You would probably be surprised how many VSTi's are used on successful mainstream tracks thesedays.

Also.. plenty of people use the term VST loosely to mean either an instrument or an effect.... again.. context.

    Right on brother. *yes*

A Vsti is nothing more than the same thing sampled and triggered by keys instead of plucking a string.. I can assure you, there's a million and one folks who can blow you, and your sound, out of the water.

yes, there's no million percent substitute for the real thing.. but damn, I guarantee u there's PLENTY of music that's been created that if you did not know beforehand that it was VSTi driven, you ... couldn't tell the difference.

You show me ur best stuff.. and I'll show you something better.
