how is this better than a subscription if you have to pay $14.99/month ?? it's the actual definition of a subscription. Aren't they getting a bit artsy with the wording?
it's like: choose jesus and life forever until you die. Our products are always on sale until they are not. 180usd per year... hum.... also, aren't trump's beautiful tariffs going to pile on top of this? or are these exempted? it's like my drunk uncle fred: we never know where he's going to end up when he gets to driving.

 

You get credits worth double what you paid towards the actual plugins, the combined mastering/mixing you get more than double (pay 25 get 60)

Users can try Flow® Mixing Suite free for 14 days before taking advantage of Softube’s unique subscribe-to-own system. With the subscribe-to-own system, users gain credits monthly that can be used to buy the included plug-ins in Flow® ensuring that users are able to invest in tools they own, even if the subscription is discontinued.

The Flow® Mixing Suite subscription is 14.99 USD/EUR per month. However, users can get both the new Flow® Mixing Suite, the existing Flow® Mastering Suite, and access to all Model Series synths for just 24.99 USD/EUR per month with Flow® Complete Suite.

I think the market is saturated, users have less and less money in their pockets, and plugins are selling less and less, which leads in part to: The new subscription system is called "subscribe-to-own." The Softube Flow Mixing Suite costs €14.99 per month.
