Hi guys, I'm very new here.
    Nice to meet you all.

    Allow me to introduce myself.
My name is JB. I always love music since I was young.
I teach myself guitar, keyboard but i still feel that i need more.
I want to make my own music. That's my dream.

I forgot my dream long time ago. Until one day i found Ableton Live, and it changes everything.
One and a half year passed... I'm here in this forum with my first track, begging all of you to listen and just give me a comment.

Here is my first (remix) track (Thai song) which possible because AudioWarez.

Any comment, or like means the world to me.

    Thank you very very much.

    JB

P.S.In case you want to talk to me more, give me some advice, or share your track, go here https://www.facebook.com/lunchbox78/

  3. OK! This is good but making it better needs some skillful and subtle work. The instrumentation is too dense for the vocal, and would benefit from a lighter touch on the compression and some EQ to open the frequency range for her voice. The voice is a nice voice but she's not very strong, so she could do with a touch of firming with the compessor and then softening her back with a vocal plate reverb. I'd think an EMT250 type plate emulation, just to make her shine, sparkle and float a bit more over the mix.

    Hope this helps.

I am no expert so not gonna pretend like one. Of the 4 tracks, I liked both Enchanting mixes (September Mix and Australian Mix) very much (former a bit more so than latter). To my untrained ears, they sounded the most pro sounding of the lot (plus enjoyed the overall uplifting vibe of the September mix).

All the best for your future efforts

And you said "my untrained ears" those 2 tracks are indeed a track that I spend most time on mixing & mastering. Excellent ears!
And yes I'm gonna print out your comment and put it on my wall too! Much appreciated. Thanks.

Hi guys, I'm back with my new track. It's called - Reminiscence -.
I'm not sure what genre it is, haha.

But first, happy new year to you all.
Wishing all the best to you guys.

Before stepping in new year, let's find time for Reminiscence!
(how's that for the introduction haha)

OK guys, just listen and give me some feedback.
And do not hesitate to post your song if you want me to listen and give feedback to your song too.
I'm very happy to do that.
    Let's support each other!

    Enjoy!

You have the ability to create tracks. My general comment would be that all your tracks have an "old fashioned," numb and conformist sound to them. And also they seem to say nothing artistically. Just happy, Pop-y, bing-bing-bong. And I feel nothing and I think nothing. Art always provokes a reaction. If you're trying to create art and not just background, shopping mall musak, it needs to say something, sound new, different, dangerous, provocative. Be original, different and provocative. Make people love, you hate you, be excited by your work or even disgusted, that's OK too, you succeed as an artist. With the musak you posted I feel nothing at all. Get to work!

Thank you for listening and for your comments. That's very good to hear. Kob Khun Kab

You know Bangkok very well! I think the complex you mentioned is the building called "Fortune Town",
you can find every plug-in there.

Thank you again and have a great new year!

Wow, that's what I'm waiting for!
Thank you so so much for the comment!
I've always felt like my track is missing something but i dont know what and why.
The sound is good, synth is good- but... it's not there yet.

"Art always provokes a reaction." -- exactly

I think this time i'll go back and focus more on "idea" or "msg" rather than technique.
Hope i'll do better next time.

Thank you and thank you again!

    Get to work!!!
