If you mean that kind of lead it's pretty common sound, not like a superwave for instance but I remember hearing that sound in many songs, or similar enough.

 

Could be a processed vocal sample played on Maschine pads?

i think it sounds like crap, but cool in some way.

80% sure its a sampled distorted female vocal (fabfilter saturn) or 20% could be any wierd sound who knows. could be that producers cat

Dont forget the the filter and or eqing. They got the honkiness, almost vowel like tones way over emphasized and then squashed to hell and back
