For a second I was thinking you were asking for a plugin while reading first sentence and thinking, man this guy is brainwashed by the marketing and than realized it's actually the marketing for the plugin

 

I do love how developers make such a big deal about class A as though it's somehow a measurement of quality. Any sufficiently designed class AB will equal the performance of class A, and sometimes exceed it in both signal quality and headroom.

 

How many ChannelStrip we need? Developers are abusing the word Analog and Class A.

 

What purpose does this thread serve? The plugin is more than six years old and you provided neither any news nor any personal experience or statement (tests, audio files, comparison to other Neve emus like AA, IKM, PA, ...).

 

Class A = First class because A is the first letter. You're welcome.

 

Maybe he posted this because Softube finally released a GUI Version of this plugin (that works outside of console 1), and maybe he thought it was a new product.

They released the non-console 1 version of British Class-A almost two years ago. Like you said tho, OP probably thought that they just released it.
