Hi everyone, i'm considering buying the NDSP Quad Cortex, and they are running a promotion for free and discounted plugins, but i have installed the warez ones(r2r). Do i need to delete them in order to avoid conflict between files and licenses, and maybe for the qc plugin scan? Anyone who has both? Thank you

 

More than likely they'll probably implement additional protection for running them on the QC, but that's just a guess on my part.

 

Yes i read the qc is gonna scan the ilok account or something like that, but i don't care of putting the cracked ones inside. I only care if i can keep them on my pc while having the legit ones on the same pc (considering buying for black friday)

 

I don't know about QC, but you can use legit and cracked plugins on the same PC as cracked ones are not registered to Ilok in any way.

 

I dont own a QC but my legit NDSP Nolly and Plini running fine alongside warez releases

 

You can use both without problems.

It's also just one plugin that's available to use on the QC thus far, Plini X (and it's not k'ed). All of the other plugins are for PC/Mac only. The old plugins are built in JUCE, which can't be run on Sharc DSP processors, so they have to rebuild the plugins using their own codebase to make the plugins compatible with both the QC and Win/Mac.
