First of all, it's (at least) double tracked. Faked or real double tracking - that I can't tell.
Then, obviously, it's melodyned. Light, short reverb and Chorus as send fx.
It's heavily compressed as there is no dynamic at all and the eqing goes without saying.

But why do you want to know how to do it? I hope so you know what not to do

 

Yes, what fraifikmushi said.

Learn how to double-track, EQ, compress, melodyne/autotune/pitch-correct, counter-pan them and add stereo chorus...then move on quickly and forget about it. ;)

This has nothing to do with levels, or "levels" as you say.
