How do I re-initialize or reset ALL of the plugins that I have installed? In version 11 there was a vst.ini file that you would delete and all the settings for the plugins would be gone. I have been trying by resetting all the .ini files in the Option Administration, but that doesn't seem to fix the problem. Any thoughts?

    C:\ProgramData\MAGIX\samplitude,sequoia :dunno:
search for the vstplugins.ini file and delete all the plug-in entries, and save the vstplugins.ini file (if it does not save the changes, run the .ini file as admin, then save.)
    or simply delete the file.
then open samplitude and it will re-scan automatically, if not, you have to specify again the vst folder(s), press y and go -ยป vst setup
if you dont find the file, go to folder options
select Show Hidden Files, Folders, and Drives
if still not find Uncheck the Hide protected operating system files box
