It was very similar to Ircam Trax. It was a suite/bundle of spectral-based plugins with things like spectral creative fx, pitch shifting, morphing, I think formant/vowel stuff, ect.
I remember it having an interface similar to Ircam Trax but it had an all white or grey GUI which looked a bit dated.
It's wasn't a very popular plugin, at least nowadays, as I had never heard of it until I tried it or since then. It was a warez release, but I went looking for it and was unable to find it with keywords "bundle" & "complete" followed by the witches' name, as well as just "suite" with no luck. Might not have been released by the witches.
It's not antares, and it wasn't specifically a "vocal" plugin bundle.
It was not Ina GRM tools, but again, it's something similar.

More well known nowadays than any of the above mentioned is Zynaptiq, which uses very advanced/intensive processing for different types of effects. The UIs are nothing alike though, and the UI was much more "busy" with a ton of parameters.

but it actually processes audio? Because most of the plugins that spring to mind, appearance-wise; actually are just visualizations. And multiple individual plugins that also function as a larger multi-FX such as Neutron? i'll be impressed if someone gets this just off your description. A lot of plugins are similar looking.

Like I said, it was a suite. Not a single plugin. Not by iZotope. What I've said rules out quite a lot of plugins, the only ones being similar are perhaps Trax, ina GRM & spectral suite by christian vogel.

Same, but it was definitely different. It was a company that seemed focus on research & development like Ircam & INA from what I can remember.

Unfortunately no, but good suggestion.
