Need help please : [Futurephonic - Time Lock for Pigments by Ninesense] for Pigments

    Hello Comrades ...

    Recently, [Futurephonic - Time Lock for Pigments by Ninesense] was offered to me by generous souls whom I thank for this opportunity. I imported it into [Arturia Pigments 3.0.0.1375] .

    I find it among the "user" presets but... I don't see it in the library.

    Note :     I have read that you need the latest version of [Pigments] ,So I installed it because , there is a friend who says he has the same version as mine (pigment 3.0) and that it works very well for him ...

    Please if you can help me with your ideas...

    copied from Arturia forum

    1- Close your DAW.

    2- Delete a temporary file called "db.db3" in the folder (for Windows)
    "C:\ProgramData\Arturia\Presets".

    3- Restart your DAW and re-open your VST instrument. The new presets will show from now now.

    You will see them all listed and tagged.

    Worked for me.

    I just did it ...
    Now all the banks have become invisible... Even with "analog lab", I didn't check the others...

    you are forcing it to rebuild a database. it probably has to scan it again

    Not the "db.db3-shm" or the "db.db3-wal"? I didn't touch that ...
