I've searched many threads on here and haven't found a solution, so I decided to post this. I downloaded and installed omnisphere and got it working all perfectly. I also downloaded ONLY THE LIBRARY of Keyscape(72.17GB). However, upon dragging the Keyscape folder into the STEAM folder of Omnisphere, the keyboards all show up, but none make any noise or load in.
It seems as though I have a few options, but I'm having trouble with both.
The first solution offered is to update my omnisphere to the latest version. I am on Software 2.0.3d, Soundsource v2.0c, and patch v2.0.1c. I'm not sure how to acquire the latest omnisphere updates or if it would even help with keyscape.
The second solution seems to be installing keyscape as a standalone, which comes with less features and integration but would work well enough for me. However, Ive tried installing it multiple times, and I always get the error "Data properties file not found for Keyscape".
I think for me, it would be easier to install the omnisphere update, if that would indeed somehow fix Keyscape and make it work inside of it. Otherwise, I would need the installer and patch files and a lot of help installing keyscape as a standalone, which seems like a lot more work. I don't really have the capacity to download a whole nother 70+GB keyscape install.

 

I have solved it! Wow, that was quick. I found a torrent with concise, clear and helpful instructions. For anyone with a similar problem, here's the solution:
1. Put the Keyscape folder inside C:\ProgramData\Spectrasonics\STEAM
2. Install the software updates. I got the installer from Kat, it was a couple megabytes.
3. Drag the pre-patched Keyscape dll into your car folder(default is program files\steinberg\vstplugins
4. Use the keygen to authorize Keyscape.
Done!
It now runs as a standalone plugin. It does NOT work in Omnisphere(keyboards show up, but do not make noise or load). Is there any reason to bother making it work in Omnisphere? I don't want to risk ruining what I already have working, and I'm not sure where to get the latest omni updates.
