I'm interested in finding the "riser" sound at 11 seconds on this beat:

I assume it's just a sound from a pack with delay on it, and if so can anyone direct me to sound packs with sounds like this or how to create them if it's not? Also looking for that common high pitched trap "cry" sound that is in many songs by the rapper future . I can't find an example, but I'm sure you guys know what I'm talking about. Lastly, I'm in need of a 90's horn sound pack like in this lord finesse song:

I know he just sampled a horn and put delay on it, but a sound pack like this would be so helpful. Thanks.
