Opening feels really off beat. Not enjoying the opening very much to be honest. The beat afterwards is nice, but it feels a tad empty. Needs more sounds on the spectrum.

 

Change the pinging snyth sound or morph it something more subtle, this sounds more like R&B

Changes:
kick drums- are very weak, very high little low
Claps & snare: Eq down(not up) to blend to taste may want to delay to give them more space to punch
High hats- has phasing issues, just get rid of it, i'm sure you plenty of highhats to choose from
Trumpet: needs to be thicker & warmer

All around this track needs more body and life to it.

Yes you're right I need to work a lot on the audio quality but for now the main problem is to give this song a structure I think...

 

I like the sound of the beat and the rhytmic synths, can def see that becoming the base for a nice track.
Lead synth sounds a bit too sweet and poppy to me, but that's personal taste.

I agree that what you need to do is make a solid structure. Try to just set up a simple verse and a chorus that has a good connection and make you feel something. If you have that any other parts and variations like intro, bridges, breaks often comes naturally through some playin around and experimenting with the flow and some sounds. If you need inspiration you can check some other tracks in a similar genre and pick up some ideas, just as a starting point.
