We have a 70 square meters restaurant and are looking for a good PA system for the live music

I have in mind: Yamaha stagepa 600BT
    db Technologies Sub Woofer 615

the restaurant is small like 50 people maximum, what would be a good PA system for the keyboard+vocal?

That should be fine for just keyboard & Vocal . People come to eat ,anything more would be overkill .

powerful subwoofer in a small space can become annoying real fast if over used. Great for rattling glasses and silverware and getting people to leave at closing time though.

Just be careful how you eq things, so your bass doesn't get too boomy. you might want to visit some similiar sized clubs or restaurants in your general area and ask what they are using. Most folks are proud to show what they've got and how they made it work. also helps to network and make friends...

    I wouldn't buy a sub for now.
45 Hz /12 inch boomer would be better to me.
It is hard to manage sub ... and not cheap.
Over kill to me in THIS situation :D
And you can add one later (check if the mixer can do it or if you need to filter after the mixer/console output).

May be 2X Yamaha DBR 12 and a separate mixer ?

Mix + powered speaker VS Mix/amp + passive speakers choice
10 inch + sub vs 12 inch without

Buy speaker stands too : speakers OVER the heads is the key to "spread" sound all over the room.
Aiming at the back of the room help reducing "in front" volume, while keeping global sound volume manageable.

You may ask someone "in the business" to set them ;D

tbh, i would rather look for an all in one type speaker, than a combination like that. something like the JBL eon one should do the work perfectly (or any similar thing)
