Native instruments Problem

    I all,
    Recently I downloaded from other site NI massive, and NI Massive X and when I finish the installation and try to run this two synth I got the activation window, Is a problem with native acces? I need to clean some path?

    I alredy installed kontakt and other NI Software without problem but now I have this issue. Anyone can help?
