native instruments kontakt log_file could not be written because the requested write location does n

    when I initiate mallet flux (single) in kontakt, that message appears at the very bottom of the kontakt window (to the left):

    "native instruments kontakt log_file could not be written because the requested write location does not exist."

    any ideas?
