What happened the last 2 weeks? BF on vacation?

today i was waiting for what's append to my Kontakt v6.4 running under windows10, after the demo day and nothing change and it's working normally till now
let us know if something change for you

Well mine is still working with 0 days left on Catalina... Hopefully 6..4.1 comes out soon. I've got a gig tomorrow & it would suck if my Scarbee Rhodes stops working.

I stopped getting the beta timer pop-up, so I'm assuming its just going to continue to work now, hassle free!

EDIT: NEVERMIND, I was dead wrong, Kontakt doesn't open now, I get the error message telling me to go to NI's website

The Kontakt Beta gets its time/date for the countdown from your Windows clock (assuming you're a pc user). Hope this helps some1

 

Aha. So on macOS the problem doesn't occur?
I hadn't realised this.

Okay, I get why you said it how you did now.

 

Mine was on 0 days all day, then i saved an ableton session and opened a different one. And no more Kontakt. Standalone and plugin, same message. I got lucky with that little band aid

I cant open Kontakt, im trying changing the clock but nothing happens. Im looking for the standalone v.6.4.1 but i only found the portable version

 

Alas, here is not the place to look or ask for that, as you know from the site rules.
Maybe someone will PM you and chat re. this.
Btw, re. your misconception: Kontakt standalone and plugins warez actually come in both portable and normal.

 

I set the clock back on my mac. I'm scared my computer become a mess and because I use timemachine. I also can't load some website using firefox because of security failures... Could there be a problem to crack this new 6.4 version ? thanks. Setting the clock back works by the way...

 

The first time I've tried to load a project in OSX Mojave after the countdown expired kontakt failed to load because of the beta, then I set the clock to yesterday and seemed to load kontakt properly however a dialogue window pops because ilok plugs need to be on clock to load so when kontakt loaded fine I corrected the date and fixed the ilok plugs just clicking Ok. It's a bit weird but at least works.

This was the error I got when it expired:


After changing date manually to the day before it was going to expire, loading kontakt and then switching back the date to automatic shows this:

Hey guys Kontakt stopped working on Mojave, it's back to Beta, could the genius who made this happen let us know to fix this? Thank you

the beta blocked exe can also run normally using run as date (chose before 01 09 2020) it even don't show the beta alert.
the windows corrective do the same job, but also on dll's more, without the need of a launcher.
only miss the aax for protools users without a VST bridge.

 

I was never into the concept of Alpha and Beta anyway.
