I'm saving my pennies up for a great spring/summer fling, with gear and softs. What's on the agenda with you guys?

I really haven't had a look at what has been released at winter NAMM yet that will be a must try.
I do already have a fair sized list of gear for the studio that I need to upgrade along with guitar
gear that I want (I don't really enjoy buying studio gear like I do my guitar and all related ala
pedals, amplifiers). So not much new is on my 'must' list. Still I'll have a good look at what has
surfaced and I'm sure there will be at least one or two bits that I will have to go to my local to
    try :)

I had in mind to buy the Teenage Engineering OP1, almost convinced by the new OS and the new demo, but it seems it has a higher price than i remembered! *no*

If everything goes well and according to my plans, I'll go for Moog's Sub 37. It's release date is set to be about my b-day.
Can't get over the fact it's gonna be a ltd ed, meaning get it then or never - bollocks.
If that falls trough, will most likely go for Pittsburgh Modular. Their delay and SYSTEM 10 got my attention.

I've had many a fiddle about on a good friend's OP1 and while I will admit that it is a lot of fun and for some very inspiring. I do agree that they are priced too high. Just my humble honest opinion but I firmly believe you can get a lot more for your money. Still if it does inspire and improve the flow/speed up your work flow then it could well be worth it in areas where money can not touch :)

As a guitar player first and foremost along with hearing nothing but good things from friend's on the beta testing team whose styles are quite different and myself being a heavily down-tuned high-gain whore, Yes Catalyst dude that is one I am looking forwards to  I still use the now 'vintage' Alien Connections Revalver Mk II as III along with even III.5 didn't offer me enough to warrant the upgrade price. I'm wishing that this version sets a new level...Time will tell :headbang: :guitarhero:

I have heard that Marc/Studio Devil has something to really look forwards to trying out inside a stylish and sturdy enclosure in collaboration with Atomic Amps...http://www.musicradar.com/news/guitars/namm-2014-atomic-amps-and-studio-devil-unveil-amplifire-pedal-591837 Again time will tell/Just a matter of waiting to try one out/put it through its paces. It sure appeals from what I've read :)

    Cheers

NAMM was great, new stuff but few days remain until Musikmesse 2014 barely wait to see what is new, I think it will be much more news than NAMM, I wait some new software updates and new features

    Realistic:
Bitwig. I really want that daw bad. I might wait for beta test.

    Unrealistic:
    New moog
Even though it's the same as last one, there's a video and it has some cool features. I won't drop 1k though ):
