    I was hoping someone might know the answer to this. Someone just posted a new version of n-Track that has two folders that contain the exe files that should be copied into the program files directory. One folder is called "Studio," which I understand. I would normally replace the exe file in the "Studio" folder. But the second folder is called "Extended." Does anyone know the difference? What would I get by replacing the exe file in the "Extended" folder, rather than the "Studio" folder? Thanks!

    I wondered the same thing, and commented on the page.
    I have just edited this, as my first replies were convoluted.
    Here is what I saved as my own info:
    ==============================
    The "Extended" version:
    - The enhanced version of n-Track Studio.
    - Includes all n-Track plugins, 64-bit processing,
    surround mixing and support for control surfaces.
    ------------
    The "Suite" version:
    Includes all "Extended"edition features PLUS:
    - Full catalogue of over 400 sample instruments,
    - 10GB+ royalty-free loops & editable sessions.
    ===============================
    - Replace the "ntrack.exe" with the one provided in either the
    "Extended" or "Suite" folder according to which you want.
    ----
    - To ensure all capabilities it seems the one in the 'Suite" folder should be used,
    but it's possible it may use more resources or something.
    - I don't know where to get the suite content or what "editable sessions" are,
    so i don't know if there is any point using the "Suite" version,
    - Might just the 'extended" version might provide better performance?
    ----
    - For the portable version, due to the .exe name including the word "Suite",
    i assume it is the "Suite" version and already fixed.
    ==================================
    Considering those who crack these programs likely know all this already it would be NICE if just a few words of info were included to avoid confusion and frustration, mistakes and anger...
    I can not understand the lack of motivation to provide such info to avoid those problems, but perhaps they are not interested in that aspect and it's all about the cracking.

    DoubleTake, Thank You, Thank You, THANK YOU! I can't tell you how much I appreciate your gracious and complete reply. And your comment at the end of your reply couldn't be more true. In the past, concerning n-Track, new version installation instructions have been routinely absent. Also, on two previous occasions of new n-Track versions that I'm aware of, the posters used completely different and totally unrelated software in the n-Track directory. Unbelievable. Again, thanks so much for the detailed explanation. I'm lucky to have a very powerful music PC so I think the 'Suite" folder is the one for me. You're the Man!
