My VST installation path has disappered.

    So, something odd has happened. This morning before going to work I was installing plugins from sister site.
    Now, to be specific the harddrive is a mechanical one and it has been given the path of D://VST

    I come back home and the folder has disappeared, obviously I did a chkdsk and it appear to be having an error on that one specific drive.

    The names of the plugins were the latest of Native Instrument and one from Tone 2.

    Has this happened to anyone else?
