    (*) Parma is a city name.

    If it is some sort of food, and you have not bought it in Italy, it is not a real italian food (in your country some1 is kidding you, sorry).

    3 - Get called out at 6am to re-secure a front door after police gain entry to search some crooks place! :snuffy:

    I think that 'Transporter1333' is talking about the 'so famous' Italian Ham which is produced in that Italian Region : 'Parma', and which is really famous Worldwide !!! *yes* :wink:
    It can be see as the equivalent of the also 'famous' 'Jamón Serrano', which is a typically 'Ham' produced in some Regions of Spain... *yes*

    !?! :dunno: :wow:

    And what about the word : 'EXPORT' !!! , as well as 'Foreign Trade'...


    P.S: I just hope that if you buy a 'real' Gibson LesPaul (Electric Guitar) in an Italian Musicshop, you don't believe that it was made (manufactured) in 'Milano', 'Venezia', or even 'Rimini', isn't ? :rofl:
    If it's a 'real' one, not a copy !, it probably has been made either in 'Nashville' (Tennessee), 'Kalamazoo' (Michigan),... , somewhere within the 'US Territory', but certainly not in Italia *no*... or it will be a 'Gibsona LeiPaolo' instead... :rofl: :rofl: :rofl:

    The world loves 'sausages', the Americans with their corruption of the Hamburg Steak Sandwich (Hamburg-er) it's just a flat sausage, the Spanish with their Chorizo and Salsichon (Salami), the Italians with their Salami, the Scotish with their Haggis, and many more sausages. They all tase very nice, just don't watch any documentaries showing how they're made - you'll be sick at all the fat, bone and other rubbish meat cast-offs they include. *no*

    In Italy exists a Police department called "NAS"(*). Their goal is investigate about
    fake italian food sold as 'italian' but not italian at all... Their job is endless
    because cheating using the 'italian" word is easy... all over the world (Germany,
    Canada, USA, UK, Japan... everywhere). It is easy because most of consumer does not
    check what is written on food 'package'. They can read but they don't do it.
    So... in your country some1 is kidding you, sorry.

    P.S.
    "Parma" is a city, the region is "Emilia-Romagna".

    This is not entirely true. Even if they read the ingredients, they will find nothing because in many countries outside EU the laws regarding food are not so binding. They are simply not obliged to write down anything so you can track where the products come from, what chemicals they used, etc. Curiously there is now an agreement under discussion, called TTIP which, instead of extending rigorous legislation outside the EU to protect consumers and fine producers, is trying to tone down laws advocating free trade.
