Hey guyses. I dunno about you, but uplifting trance music been stale to me for a long time. It used to make me feel so high when I listened and like any drug I just got used to it and looked for more finding artists that were hitting the right notes for me. It was only about a two year period of doing this before there were no longer any tracks giving me the high I was seeking. Same thing with rap music. The beauty of uplifting trance is that it has movements like classical music and attention to small details in the variations that when you hear it, it just fills you with positive energy like you can take on the whole world or something. The beauty of rap music (referring to gangster rap/popular music) is that it doesn't have much movements in the music or variation at all. It gives everything away all at once like a young boy when he falls in love for the first time (I know because I've been that guy). I can never be sure why someone likes music to be one way or another. It's really about the feelings it delivers. Sometimes I think to myself that some people don't have the attention span to appreciate uplifting trance for example kinda how I think I don't have the attention span to appreciate classical music! Maybe it's just that for the most part my experience with classical music is that it doesn't bring me the high I seek. I'm a confused boy living in a dualistic reality. I've looked at the world and believed in things from so many different perspectives, how could I tell someone that I know the truth about a situation and that they are wrong? It's not always easy and it's sometimes seemingly impossible to explain to someone why you think the way you do. This is a track I made just recently that I think could help any other confused soul out there like myself bring things together. Maybe one day, everybody including me can come to not just understand, but know that we are all the same and that our differences should bring us together, not set us apart.

Where you going for an 808 style bass? You could make that bass line a little shorter, so it decays. It's well saturated, but if it was shorter like an 808 it would really make the song kick ass. I wish I could rap, I'd be all over it like cheescake. mmm cheescake.
