The D50 was a digital synth, so why would anyone think it wouldn't be possible to accurately model it in a vst?

Can you make a video demo of it? I wasn't too impressed with what i found on roland cloud juno and sh101 and whatever. And i don't see any demos on youtube or by roland on d50.

I think the hardware price will drop like a stone even though I own one. The software sounds a bit more modern imo. Would like a JD800/990 plugin as the prices are a bit silly nowadays.

You keep whining on about eric persing being this and that but i dont recollect you ever saying why.

    Any actual reason?

Eric Persing has much of the appeal of a child molester, albeit with less of the charm. Although he does have many, many more sweets...

Yeah, I want a JD800/990 VST as well, much more so than the D50 and older stuff. The JD-800 series is when stuff started to get really interesting.

Yeah, probably, although I actually couldn't care less as I never sell ANY of my gear. My post was just made in jest, although the Ensoniq SQ80\ESQ1 still go for $$$ even with the entirely free and accurate SQ8L being available for a long time, so it's hard telling what causes gear prices to be as they are.

But who is buying a D50 to sound modern? Generally people want all this old '80s stuff for synthwave and its intentionally dated sound.

Very classy comment, again completely missing any facts as to why you think this.

Let me try again, what the fuck did he do to get your knickers in a twist?
