Have you tried a frontal lobotomy? Personally I'd prefer a bottle in front of me.

Here is a quick checklist to help jump-start your brain:

    • Hydrate: Drink a large glass of water. Dehydration is a sneaky cause of sudden brain fog and fatigue.

    • Change Your Physics: Stand up, stretch, or do 10 jumping jacks. Getting your blood flowing physically pumps more oxygen to your brain.

    • The 20-20-20 Rule: If you've been staring at a screen, look at something 20 feet away for at least 20 seconds to give your eyes and brain a break.

    • Step into the Light: Open a window or step outside for a minute. Natural sunlight triggers hormones in your brain that wake you up.

    • Ditch the Multitasking: If you're trying to do four things at once, your brain might just freeze. Pick one tiny, easy task and do just that for five minutes.
