My Avatr Pic on Forum.

    Is there any reason why my Avatar Pic never shows up when I Post on the Forum??

    Is it the wrong size/format?

    It seems to all me to upoload it in the User CP but all I ever see next to me posts is the red cross?

    Any thoughts anyone??!!

    Probably the size is larger 70 Kb.

    I'm having a problem with mine as it goes I've been trying to change mine.....it shows in the profile bit but not on the page.....I've pm'd the man about it and awaiting a reply......I know this doesn't directly help but you're not alone with your avatar issue!!!!!!!!!!

    Your avatar must be no bigger than 100 pixels by 100 pixels in size.
    Uploaded avatars from your computer must be no larger than 70 KB.
    The following file types are allowed: gif,jpg,jpeg,png

    google....while we're sort of on this topic....I'm pretty new to posting really, how do I attatch stuff like links etc?????.......you know where people can just click and go etc.......I know this probably sounds like a numbnut question but you don'y know till you know...Cheers

    Another thing the avatar I've been trying to change to is 80x80 and 7. something kb well in the required parametres?

    Hmm - nope, still no Pic shpwing even after using Google's kindly prepared versions.

    Any ideas peoples??!!

    I have the same problem...though I cant see mine on the page, i can see it in my profile like you and also in the small control panel at the top (where you can sign out)

    my avatar is the same as the one i use in Audioz...so i dont get it either :dunno:

    lol, i think the problem is, that you misplaced terms Avatar and Personal Photo :)
    you guys have loaded your photos and expect it to be visible on the board... well, don't *no* because photos are not Avatars.

    check google's avatar, and then check the photo of that hot chick (probably his girlfriend) he got on his profile page

    @Duu: if you look at the toolbar above where you enter text for a post, next to the smiley you will see a little icon that looks like links in a chain with a plus sign. If you insert the address you want to link to, highlight it and then hit that icon it will post as a clickable link
