Has anybody had any experiences buying from MusicRoom.com?

I ordered an iLok 2 weeks ago on Amazon and it still hasn't arrived. Says its with Royal Mail.

MusicRoom doesn't reply when I tried to chase it up and I'm seeing a few similar complaints scrolling back. The Amazon complaints just sends you round in circles.
