I can't tell if he's eating or regurgitating his food.

I'm euphoric some days. Other days, I just get low. People call me manic-depressive, sometime bi-polar. I don't know for sure. I was never tested. It used to be way more out of balance though. Insane highs points and abysmal down time.
I know the balance, for me, came with true self-acceptance.
In my opinion, our anxiousness comes from weighing ourselves against others and the world. Not even in a materialistic way. More like comparing to others to find a sense of worth. Our self-worth needs to be established internally and not dictated by outside influences.
Losing loved ones ties into this as the people we are close to are our world and when they are taken away our world is left incomplete. Having to adjust to this while the rest of the planet carries on like nothing happened, because for them nothing did actually happen, is something I wouldn't wish upon anyone.
Most, if not all of you guys have the right idea. It's not about lowering expectations. That's a dismal way to live life.
It's about the ability to find joy in every single instant in time.
It's always there. We just have to see.

Mourning the lost is one thing. I'd rather take the time to realize the opportunity I had to experience the wonder of another person. Then my tears become happy.

If that last statement made you think of someone you know and there was a sense of missed opportunity. You should go see them. It'll help. You could fix stuff you didn't even realize was so broken.

Hasselhoff - the curse of Germany. Probably because of the Berlin video people still think he was a big star here? He wasn't.
    K.I.T.T was cool though.

Actually he was pretty big in Germany around the Kit series and with his songs he did in the late 80s.

  17. It looks like a little bit of both.

Stream of consciousness threading is so very avant-garde. It can make us all better musicians by helping us recognize that the happy mistake is our friend...sometimes going with the flow is the best channel and one not to fight but rather just see where it leads. Let your free flag fly.

Used to take anti depressants and anti anxious medicine (I don't even know how to translate all this stuff) for multiple years.
Now I'm just going on therapy with a psychologist and things are going better (at a rate of an LFO at 0,1 Hz, but still getting better)

Knight Rider was a successful series (not only but also in Germany). As a singer he wasn't big. In fact we made a lot of fun from him thinking so. He had one hit single, of course "Looking for Freedom", and accidentally this was in 1989, when the wall went down. So, obviously he was singing it in Berlin at that famous day. But that's about it. Have alook at the chart listings here:
    https://www.offiziellecharts.de/suche?artist_search=David+Hasselhoff&do_search=do

But of course you will tease me more, since I react just as needed to poke fun. I know. But this really is so wicked. I literally feel insulted by Hasselhoff.
