I need to broadcast a series of songs and would like them to sound as consistent as possible since they have different tonal balance between them.

I thought, inspired by broadcast processors and since I can only use a mac, to use a pro mb with maximum bands so as to match the desired tone as much as possible between tracks while maintaining consistency.

1) Do you think a steepness of 48db/slope is good for this kind of craft or should I use something softer like 24?

2) Do you know of more efficient solutions that work better in keeping the tone consistent between tracks?
